The studio's core is permanent makeup, including eyebrows, eyeliner and lips, along with scalp micropigmentation. Lash services range from classic and volume sets to hybrid, wispy, mega, color and Quiki styles, with a Korean lash lift for natural lashes. Brow services without permanent makeup cover shaping, tinting, lamination and henna. Hair removal is mainly body sugaring with sugar paste, with waxing for several areas and laser hair removal also offered. Aesthetic treatments include body contouring, vajacials and facial fillers, with Lemon Bottle fat dissolving offered at the London studio and Smile Gems at the Raleigh studio.

The studio describes its experience as relaxing and luxurious, with the aim of meeting each client's beauty needs. Implements, stations, chairs, linens and equipment are disinfected between clients, using Cavicide and Barbicide, which the studio describes as hospital-grade. Staff wear gloves for all services.

Appointments must be booked by the client who receives the service, and guests and children are not allowed. A 50% non-refundable booking fee applies to all clients, or 100% for services of $50 or £50 or less, and must be received within 72 hours of the request to avoid cancellation. Permanent cosmetic procedures also require a non-refundable retainer, and usually take two parts, with one reschedule of the initial touch-up allowed. A 10-minute grace period applies. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice in the US and 24 hours in the UK. Late arrivals and no-shows carry fees that differ by location, and clients with more than two no-shows in a calendar year may be refused future service.
