The menu is grouped into facial treatments, massage, body treatments, beauty and hair removal, men's specialty services, self treatments and transformational sessions. Hair removal is done by waxing with a speed waxing technique, which the spa describes as possibly the longest-lasting hair removal method, and according to the spa its estheticians have more than seven years of waxing experience. Lash Lift curls natural lashes upward and needs no prep, while Lash and Brow Tint adds depth and definition to the eyes; both are offered without listed prices.

Facials run from a probiotic facial for teens and oxygen facials for adult acne to microneedle resurfacing, microcurrent therapy, microdermabrasion and a chemical-peel style resurfacing treatment. Body services include vacuum suction cupping for the hips, glutes, stomach, thighs, buttock and back, a seaweed body wrap, a salt glow and an infrared slimming treatment. Comfort Therapy is offered as supportive care for compromised skin, including skin affected by cancer treatment, autoimmune conditions, or reactions to vaccines or medication.

Massage services are provided only by licensed professionals, and the spa holds a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Body Therapy Establishment license, number 528. The Complete Self Care Program is a year membership, and the spa also offers CEU training and publishes spa etiquette information on its website.

Transformational sessions include Reveal Your Blissful Self, a self-discovery session at $275, Discover Your Sexy Confident Self, a 6-week immersion, and Feng Shui - Live Your Bliss. The Mind, Body, and Soul Treatment combines reiki, essential oils, chakra balancing, reflexology and or crystals and is not a massage. The Blissful Goddess Tribe offers circles, retreats, programs and one-on-one sessions for women of all ages. The spa describes these sessions as distinctive and as setting it apart.

The spa is open Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and stays closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. The concierge desk runs Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and handles setup for self-treatments. Because therapists are available only Wednesday through Saturday, advance booking is advised. Emails are read during opening hours, so a reply may take as long as a day.
