Each treatment is customized to the guest's own lashes and brows, with attention to the health of both. Lash fills are logged in a labeled storage case kept for each guest, with the guest's name on it, so curl and length can be adjusted at later visits. The studio places a high emphasis on sanitation.

The studio uses low-waste techniques and cuts back on single-use disposables in the treatment room. Lash lifts use Ruthie Belle's Organic Lash and Brow Lifting Lotion, which the studio describes as the first truly organic lash lift. Brow lifts use an organic lifting solution, and the studio recommends Brow Nourishing Oil for daily use at home. Eyebrow stain is made from naturally filtered Himalayan water and Indian gooseberry and color-matched for each guest.

Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. After five weeks without a fill, the visit is charged as a full set. A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the service total is due at booking and is credited toward the appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead carries no fee. Clients under 18 must bring a parent or guardian to review the consent form, and young children and pets are not allowed at appointments.

The studio also sells eco-friendly self-care and home decor items online, many made in the USA. The studio says a portion of online sales supports charities that protect the environment and wildlife. The online shop ships within parts of the United States only.
