Color is the core of the menu. The salon specializes in lived-in bright blondes, natural tones and low-maintenance grow-outs, using highlights, babylights, lowlights and balayage. Options range from a single-deposit retouch at regrowth or for grey coverage, to a maintenance retouch for established color clients, to full blonde appointments for new or existing clients who need color two to three times a year. A high-impact blonde combines a full head of babylights or highlights, detailed hairline foiling and tip outs or balayage through the ends, finished with a custom root shadow or tap, toner and a bond building treatment.

Every chemical, cutting and styling appointment begins with a consultation. Bookings are confirmed by email and text. Clients are asked to give 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Multiple late cancellations or no-shows may lead to the card on file being charged, and cancellation fees are set by the stylist and can equal the full cost of the booked appointment. A complimentary correction is offered for a legitimate issue noticed after getting home, if it is booked within the same week as the appointment.

Extensions are offered by consultation only.

Looks are custom-planned to stay comfortable to wear for months, with a consultation before every chemical, cutting or styling appointment.
