Products are selected from the analysis and include a cleansing shampoo and a custom herbal apothecary blend. The spa states its treatments use sulfate-free, color-safe products. A second scope check at the end of the session shows the result.

The scalp treatment menu runs from the Men's Scalp Treatment, which starts at $195 and includes a styled blow-dry and a take-home plan, to the Luxury Scalp Treatment at $265, which adds a mini facial and an arm massage. The Signature Scalp Treatment at $225 is designed for symptoms from psoriasis, dry or oily scalp, seborrhoeic dermatitis, or other scalp concerns. The Head Spa Experience at $170 is a relaxing session that is not customized for scalp concerns, and a professional blowout can be added for $50.

For hair loss, the spa offers the Root Solutions Hair Analysis at $285, which uses a hair strand sent to a lab and a follow-up with a physician by Zoom. The GI MAP Gut Hair Analysis at $400, the Functional Lab Review for Hairloss at $75, and the Epigenetic Test are also available, along with DNA Hair Loss Testing at $600, which requires a $100 deposit. Where a scalp analysis suggests an internal factor, the spa coordinates with local physicians and medical specialists. The Wellness Scan at $75 is a non-invasive wellness assessment and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

The Serenity Scalp Spa Specialist Certification runs over two days in person at the Temecula studio, with a cap of four students per session. Tuition is $1,600: an $800 deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due one week before class. Students receive a printed manual and practice on live models. Completion earns a certificate issued by the spa; it is not a state license or an accredited credential. Upcoming sessions fall on October 19 and 20, 2026; November 16 and 17, 2026; January 11 and 12, 2027; and February 8 and 9, 2027.

Bookings can be made online, by phone or text, by email, or through a callback request, and the team replies during opening hours. Hours are Monday and Thursday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays. Guests are asked to come in with relatively clean hair, washed 24 to 48 hours before the visit. Allow at least a week after a recent color treatment before scheduling a spa session.

The spa combines trichology with nervous-system care and treats hair and scalp health as part of whole-body wellness. Scalp analysis is done under 200x magnification before and after each treatment.

Treatments begin in private, quiet rooms with calming light, and the studio has a gold halo water-therapy basin.
