The menu is grouped into color, haircuts, styling and treatments. Color ranges from root touchups and glosses to all over color, partial highlights and full custom highlights, with blonding transformations and lived-in color as the salon's specialties. Haircuts cover men's cuts, standard cuts and curly cuts, and the salon has a blowout and two treatment options.

The salon guarantees its services. Clients who have a concern should raise it within seven days of the appointment, and the salon offers to make adjustments. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are accepted; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost, and services are non-refundable.
