Hair services cover cuts, styling, all-over and custom color, root touch-ups, tone and gloss, mini, partial and full highlights, hand-painted balayage, perms, extensions and smoothing treatments. Custom color includes a complimentary consultation.

Beyond hair, the salon offers head spa scalp treatments in several tiers, a scalp health analysis using imaging, and facials powered by Comfort Zone professional skincare. Procell treatments for hair restoration and microchanneling, along with PRX Plus enhancements, require a consultation. Med spa services such as neurotoxins, fillers, skin resurfacing, collagen stimulation and weight loss programs are offered through a partnership with Satori Medical Aesthetics and also require a consultation.

MK The Studios, a sister space a few doors down in Unit 108, is a studio-style setting for independent beauty and wellness professionals. It houses medical aesthetics, head spa, nail services, esthetics and hairstyling, and a gallery there shows the space. Nail services are booked directly with an independent nail technician by phone or text.

New guests complete a short consultation form before scheduling, and the salon contacts them within 24 hours. Returning guests can reach their stylist directly, and appointments are encouraged. Listed prices are starting prices. Financing is available, including Cherry and CareCredit for eligible skin care treatments. The rewards program earns one point for every dollar spent. Children may attend only for their own reserved appointments, and extra guests are not allowed at a booking. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days with a receipt, and opened products may be swapped under set conditions.

Guides clients on caring for their hair at home so they can recreate salon results between visits, and gives newcomers a consultation before booking.
