The salon is open Tuesday through Sunday, with Monday and Saturday closed. Tuesday and Wednesday finish in the early afternoon, while Thursday and Friday run until 4:30 PM and Sunday until 3 PM.

Blowouts are the core of the menu. Choices include a customized women's haircut finished with a blowout, a classic round-brush blowout, a version with extra time for thick, long or curly hair, and a blowout with gloss for shine. Hot tool styling, half-up styles and special occasion updos are also available, along with a 90s-inspired set with pinned sections for volume and a Hollywood-style set that uses hot tools for soft waves.

Smoothing and conditioning work includes an express keratin smoothing treatment that the salon says reduces frizz for four to six weeks, plus a keratin-infused blowout. Add-ons cover a scalp massage with double cleanse, a tea tree, peppermint and sativa oil scalp pre-cleanse, express deep conditioning, OI hair butter and rinse-off gloss, a keratin vanilla bean mask, and a vegetal keratin repair treatment scaled to the amount of repair needed. A purifying scalp treatment is offered for oily, dry or dandruff-prone scalps, with the scalp assessed at consultation.

For color, the salon offers grey blending, root touch-ups and all-over color refreshes. Highlighting is not offered. A grey blending consultation is free and takes about ten minutes.

Clients are asked to notify their stylist at least 48 hours ahead to cancel or reschedule. A 50% fee may be applied to a cancellation or no-show.
