Owner and founder Brittany Collins leads the business, which the salon says aims to offer a premier salon experience.

Services are grouped into hair cutting and styling, hair color, conditioning treatments, makeup, men's grooming, spa treatments, relaxation, special occasions and sugaring. Consultations can be booked to talk through a client's style, and bridal packages are arranged after a consultation. Guests receive a courtesy confirmation the day before their service, and a credit card is needed to reserve an appointment.

The salon says it aims for a calm, relaxing atmosphere and the best products available. Its policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and it may charge up to 50% of the scheduled service for changes made with less notice. Guests more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and may be charged the full service. After three instances of inadequate notice, guests must prepay or book walk-in visits only.
