The studio's philosophy blends Eastern traditions with Western skincare innovation. The aim is to balance how skin looks with the wellbeing of the whole person, working from the inside out. Its East Meets West facial approach, which Julie created, focuses on skin health, clarification and rejuvenation.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute dermaplane to a 90-minute Ayurvedic session with neck and chest firming. Most facials can include lymphatic vacuuming, microdermabrasion, warm steam, essential oil infusion, and hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage. Specific treatments use LED light therapy, radiofrequency, enzyme or azelaic, glycolic and salicylic peels, mesotherapy and a crystal energy device. Facial series save 10% for three sessions and 15% for six. A monthly membership offers one 60-minute facial a month for six months at $79 a month, with a six-month minimum; members also get 10% off products and add-ons.

Beyond skincare, the studio offers paraffin hand and foot treatments, an ionic foot detox, an Ayurvedic body exfoliation and massage, eye and lip treatments, lash and brow tinting, and a full waxing menu. Several packages combine a facial with Reiki, foot detox or lymphatic drainage massage, and a 60-minute Himalayan salt cave session is also offered. Gift cards are sold in dollar amounts for services or products.

Reiki and consulting hypnosis are offered alongside skincare. Reiki healing sessions include intuitive guidance and can end with an Angel Card or Tarot reading if the client wishes. The business notes Reiki is not a substitute for medical care and that practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Consulting hypnosis begins with a complimentary consultation call and an intake form returned at least two days before the first session; four sessions are generally recommended for most people. The studio also teaches Usui Reiki Levels I, II and Master certification, in small classes or private sessions, in person or online, with each participant first booking a call to discuss fit. The Reiki program covers inner and outer principles for success along with theory and practice, and the studio selects students for the program.
