Facials range from a 45-minute Encanto Mini Facial at $75 to the three-session Mermaid Facial at $575. Other options include a Hydrofacial, a Glass Skin Facial with oxygen and a glow-boosting peel, a Teen Facial with skincare education, a men's facial and a Sound Healing Facial. Injectable services include neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, B12 and MICC injections, and Radiesse biostimulator, and the BroTox service is designed for men.

Consultations are offered for injectables, dermal fillers, skin tightening and weight loss. The injectable consultation reviews medical history and goals, while the weight loss consultation also covers bloodwork. New weight loss patients complete lab work before any medication is prescribed.

Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel. A cancellation inside that window carries a $200 charge per injectable service plus 50% of the service fee, or 50% of the appointment cost for bookings with Cassie. Gift cards are final sales and come in $50, $200, $400 and $800 amounts or a custom figure. Hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM on Thursday, and the studio is closed on Sundays.
