About
Julie Casey-Fortier founded Serene Solutions and owns the studio. She is a licensed esthetician with more than 22 years in the field, including over 13 years in medical and clinical skincare settings. Her training began at the Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics in Woburn, Massachusetts, and she holds certification as a holistic skincare practitioner. She is also medically trained.
She is a Usui Reiki Master and serves as the Usui Reiki Master Instructor, teaching Reiki certification classes. She studied Usui Reiki under a Reiki master teacher through a structured program. She is also a certified consulting hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
Her specialties are skincare treatments, Usui Reiki healing and consulting hypnosis. She created the East Meets West approach to skin health, clarification and rejuvenation. Clients who come to her for stress, a feeling of being blocked, or help changing habits can expect a session that combines Reiki with intuitive guidance.
