Serene Beauty is a Southern California business focused on weddings. Founder Evelyn Lui started it in 2010 as a way to work independently and grow her own skills, after years of working as a lead artist for several wedding beauty companies.

The team travels to wherever the bride is getting ready on the wedding day, so clients do not need to visit a studio on their big day. The number of artists brought to a wedding depends on the size of the party. Hair-only and makeup-only bookings are accepted, though booking both with the same artist is recommended.

Bridal trials are held at a location the bride chooses and are not required, but are strongly recommended. A minimum booking of $600 is needed to reserve services. Airbrush application and false lashes are included with every makeup service.

Hair services cover updos and soft, down styles, and can work with permanent or temporary hair extensions. Makeup can be natural or dramatic, and the business says its makeup is water-resistant, long-lasting and has a smooth finish. Artists are trained in both hair and makeup and in helping clients choose a look that suits them.
