The lash menu runs from fills and full sets to a glue-free Korean lash lift with tint. Full sets come in classic, hybrid, and volume styles, and fills are timed by how long it has been since the last visit. Fills are offered at two to three week intervals, and anything later is booked as a full set. Bridal lashes are a separate, longer appointment that can be styled from very natural to bold, in wispy or brown shades, with up to two colors mixed.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, a combined wax and tint, and a lamination with tint that the business describes as giving a fuller, more defined look. Waxing options also include underarm and lip work, and the lip wax covers the upper and lower lip but not the chin or jaw. LED therapy is offered for all skin types and includes a scalp and shoulder massage and a complimentary eye mask.

Booking requires a card on file, and the balance can be paid in cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or credit card. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes past the start time are cancelled and charged 90% of the service price, as are same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows. An appointment can be rescheduled once. A deposit is no longer required to book.

Each service is priced and timed on its own, with written rules for fills, rebooking, late arrivals, and cancellations.
