The massage menu includes relaxation massage, which eases tension and stress with light to medium pressure, and therapeutic massage, which combines deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and isolated stretching. Cupping massage is a deep tissue session that adds cupping to other techniques, and aromatherapy massage uses Young Living essential oils. Pre- and postnatal massage and Reiki sessions are also offered. Lymphatic drainage follows the Body Talk method, is offered after cosmetic surgery, and has discount packages clients can ask about.

Facial options range from the relaxation facial, which includes a cleanse, exfoliation, toner, moisturizer, optional extractions and warm towels, to advanced facials. The advanced facials include a microdermabrasion facial, a chemical peel facial and an ultrasonic sculpting facial, and a consultation can help choose between them. The Red Carpet Treatment combines a relaxation facial with microdermabrasion and LED light therapy, and a Deluxe version adds an anti-aging microcurrent treatment. Waxing sessions run from 15 to 60 minutes and cover arms, legs, back, underarms, eyebrows and Brazilian.

Free consultations are offered for massage, lymphatic drainage and skin care. Questions and booking requests can be sent by phone or text at 727-914-7230, or by email. Booking means agreeing to the spa's published policies. Gift cards and retail products are available.
