Permanent makeup includes Nano Brows, which use a fine digital machine to build hair-stroke brows; the studio presents this as a gentler option than traditional microblading, and it suits sparse or patchy brows on normal, dry or slightly combination skin. Combo Brows pair hair strokes at the front with misted machine shading through the body and tail. Ombre Powder Brows create a soft powdered look that moves from a lighter head to a more defined tail, and they suit all skin types, including oily and mature skin. Lip Blush is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that tints the lips and defines the lip line, with results typically lasting two to three years. Most permanent makeup clients need two to three sessions, and two sessions within four months are recommended. Pigments are professional brand cosmetic pigments.

Brow and lash enhancements take 45 to 60 minutes, and every brow service begins with brow mapping. Henna Brows dye both the brow hairs and the skin, with shaping and waxing included, and the stain lasts up to two weeks on the skin and up to six weeks on the hairs. Brow Lamination sets the hairs into a fuller, lifted shape with shaping, tinting and waxing, and results last six to eight weeks. Lash Lift and Tint curls the lashes and applies a black tint for six to eight weeks. Bundles combine Henna Brows or Brow Lamination with Lash Lift and Tint.

Skin treatments include four Hydrafacial options: Signature, a three-step 45-minute cleanse, extraction and hydration; Deluxe, which adds a customized booster serum and LED light therapy; Platinum, which adds lymphatic drainage and a Vortex-Fusion step and covers the face and neck; and Wet Diamond with Nano-Needling. Clinical peels include BioRePeelCl3 Blue, a TCA peel offered as a no-peel, no-downtime option; Green Sea Peel, a herbal marine-algae resurfacing treatment with results over three to five days; and the iS Clinical Prodigy Peel System, a multi-acid peel with mild to moderate peeling over three to seven days. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz. iS Clinical facials include Honey Enzyme, Foaming Enzyme and Fire and Ice Resurfacing, the last offered at 60 or 90 minutes. Medical-grade microneedling with NexGen PDRN+ is offered, with a salmon DNA version and a four-treatment series, and is aimed at acne scars, fine lines and enlarged pores. Skin treatments start with a skincare consultation, which is $50 in person (including a skin analysis) or $50 virtually, and that fee is redeemable in full toward a treatment or home care purchase made within 30 days. Beauty Bank is a membership in which clients deposit $100 a month into a studio wallet for clinical treatments or retail post-care products, with Member VIP Pricing and 10% off take-home retail.

The studio describes its visit as a luxury concierge experience with complimentary refreshments, and it offers Wi-Fi and a digital client concierge. Clients can book, buy products, memberships, packages and gift cards online. Permanent makeup requires a $100 non-refundable booking fee, and a $200 correction fee applies to corrective work on earlier permanent makeup. Pricing is per session and is locked in once an appointment is booked. One reschedule is allowed with at least five days' notice; later changes forfeit the booking fee. No-shows and late or same-day cancellations are charged the full appointment amount. The studio opens 15 minutes before an appointment and allows a 10-minute grace period. Only the client receiving treatment may enter, and children, guests, food, pets and emotional support animals are not allowed; medical alert service dogs need advance notice. Clients must be 18 or older, and services are not offered to pregnant clients. Clients with permanent makeup from another artist must send photos for approval before booking. Pre-care and post-care instructions are mandatory, and the studio does not recommend permanent makeup within two to three weeks of recent Botox or cosmetic treatments near the brow.

Brow work begins with a consultation and mapping, and the client approves the shape before any tattooing starts. Skin treatments begin with a skincare consultation to assess skin type and goals before a plan is chosen.
