Lash sets come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega styles. A classic full set places one extension on each natural lash, a hybrid set mixes classic and volume lashes, and a mega set uses 8D to 15D extensions per natural lash. Fills are offered at 1, 2 and 3 week intervals, and the salon recommends touch-up fills every 2 to 4 weeks to keep lashes full. An extended fill is booked within 3 weeks of the last appointment, with about 40 percent lash retention expected. Extensions applied by another salon must be fully removed before the salon applies its own, and removal is available as a separate service.

The facial menu ranges from a Full Facial, which cleanses pores, exfoliates and treats a chosen skin concern, to a Hydrofacial Deluxe that combines a mask, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage massage, with high frequency available to add. An Express Hydrofacial uses vortex tip technology to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate. Chemical peels are offered as a non-invasive treatment that exfoliates the top layer of skin, and microneedling is described as smoothing fine lines, improving texture and minimizing pores.

Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, nose, hairline, sideburns, underarms, arms, legs, hands, feet, stomach, back and intimate areas, and is offered for both men and women. According to the booking site, the whitening is safe on dental work and averages a 4 to 10 shade improvement in one visit.

Deposits are credited toward the service and transfer if the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead; otherwise they are forfeited. Changes need at least 24 business hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Services are non-transferable and non-refundable, and results vary and are not guaranteed. If a client has irritation or is unhappy within 48 hours and notifies the salon in that window, the salon will correct the issue or remove lashes at no charge. After application, lashes should stay dry for 24 hours and saunas or steam should be avoided for 48 hours. The salon says its pricing is affordable across services, that its materials are high quality and safe for the eyes, and that its technicians keep high hygiene standards. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts or a custom amount through the booking site.
