The stylists are independent: each runs their own business and sets their own pricing and schedule. The service menu covers all-over color, root retouches, highlights, partial and full highlights, color block, balayage, bleach outs with toner, fashion or vivid color, color correction and color removal, lightener retouches, gloss, shadow roots, and fashion color refreshes. Curly services and custom patterns are offered, along with hair extension installation, maintenance and tinsel, plus Brazilian Blowout and Olaplex treatments and a deep conditioning treatment. Spanish-language appointments are available with Genesis or Aimee.
Booking works by request. Requests go to the service provider and are confirmed once accepted. A credit card is required to book and is kept on file for future reservations and any fees. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee at the provider's discretion, and no-shows may incur a 100% fee and possibly a booking ban. Seating is minimal, so guests are discouraged unless they are a parent or guardian. Children should not come along to appointments unless they are receiving hair services themselves, and only service dogs are permitted.
Snacks and drinks are provided, laundry is available on site, and there is no dress code, since the salon encourages self-expression. Gift cards are sold.
