Lash work is a major part of the menu. Custom lash sets are shaped to the client's eye shape, natural lash health and the look they want, and take at least 20 minutes, starting at $30. Fills are for clients who still have half or more of their extensions and must be booked within 21 days of the last visit. A mini fill is a quicker touch-up available up to 8 days after a lash appointment. Lash lift and tint starts at $40 for 60 minutes or more. New clients can book a $110 lash service that runs 150 minutes with a $30 deposit. Student model appointments are free and take 180 minutes.

Haircuts come in three forms: a cut without a wash, a cut with a wash and blowout, and a kids cut for ages 12 and under, which does not include a wash or blowout. Haircuts start at $25 for 60 minutes or more. Color options include balayage from $220, custom foils from $120, single-process full solid color from $120, and custom vivid designs from $65 that cover all-over vivids, color blocking, peekaboos and multi-color looks. A custom haircut can be added to any color service for $25. Corrective work is booked as color correction instead of vivid color. It is charged hourly from $55 and may take more than one visit, with a $50 deposit for new clients. Other hair services include bleach-out for an all-over blonde or lighter base, custom perms priced by hair length and volume, conditioning with a scalp treatment, and wash and style.

Hair extensions are offered as tape-in extensions, which include consultation, installation, move-up, color maintenance and removal, and as a separate hair extension install that takes 240 minutes. Blowout and styled blowout add-ons are available for tape-in clients.

Other services include brow lamination and tint, tooth gems set with Swarovski or Preciosa crystals on natural teeth without drilling, waxing from $15, and lip blush model pricing. A consultation covering hair goals, hair health, services, maintenance and pricing is available for $26. Patch tests are offered at no charge. The business also lists training courses: a lash course, a brow course, a Korean lash lift course, and brow lamination and lash training.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable, though they can be transferred once with proper notice. Clients arriving 10 to 14 minutes late pay a $10 late fee, and arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the appointment. Appointments before 9 AM or after 5 PM carry a $35 premium fee.
