Color services range from single process color and semi-dimensional color to dimensional color, double process blonde, partial and full highlights, and glaze, toner or gloss. Cut and style services include haircuts, blowouts, iron work, blow-dries and bang trims. Color clients get the self-service blow-dry station unless they add a professional blow-dry.

The retexturizing menu has three options. Cezanne Express ($250) is suited to color-treated or damaged hair that needs extra protection, and the salon says it helps repair damage from sun, chlorine and other pollutants, with results lasting up to three months. Cezanne Classic ($375) is aimed at frizzy, unruly, fine or thin hair. It reduces frizz and adds shine while keeping natural texture and volume, though hair will not be straight afterward, and results last up to five months. Pura Luxe (from $450) suits all hair types, including thick and coarse hair, and can be customized for frizz reduction, shine, straightening or retexturizing. Results last up to six months, and the salon recommends coloring hair afterward only after waiting, since color carries a risk of fading or lightening. All three treatments have no downtime, so clients can shampoo or color right away. The salon describes them as pregnancy safe and recommends asking a doctor before use.

Booking works best well in advance, since the salon is often fully booked. Appointments are confirmed first come, first served, so a requested time is not guaranteed. First-time color clients are encouraged to book a complimentary consultation, and one is required for corrections and major projects. A card on file secures every booking, cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged half the service cost. Clients more than 10 minutes late cannot be accommodated, and extra time is advised for street parking. Reminders go out by email and text 48 hours ahead. Pets are welcome, and clients must be 18 or older. Refunds are not given for completed services, and corrections must be booked within 14 days of the first appointment. Tipping is not expected but is accepted in cash, by personal check or through Venmo.
