Every service opens with a basic non-medical foot exam. Foot options run from a hygienic cleanse, soak and wash with moisturizer, to a soak with trimming and shaping, and a full pedicure that includes cuticle work, callus reduction and a massage of the legs and feet. Hand and nail services include a fingernail trim, a regular polish manicure and a gel manicure, and acrylic enhancements can be soaked off back to the natural nail. Visits usually take between 25 minutes and an hour and a half, depending on the client's needs, and can run shorter with routine care. Technicians may decline a service during the visit if a client needs medical attention.

Hair services for seniors include washing, blow-drying and trimming, roller sets in a chosen curl pattern, full styling, and color, along with deep conditioning and hot oil treatments starting at $15. Senior facial waxing for the face and eyebrows starts at $10 and is offered only at the Norfolk location. Walk-ins and appointments are accepted at Norfolk during open hours, and Tuesday through Saturday services are by appointment only.

Clients can also book in-home visits in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton and Carrollton. A $30 in-home fee applies on top of regular prices and is paid as a deposit at booking, with the balance due after the service. Bed-bound, hospice and limited-mobility clients can be served this way, and several clients can be seen in one home. Wheelchair-bound and hospice clients are reviewed individually to confirm services can be given safely. Senior support services such as cleaning, errands, lawn care, meal help, check-ins and companionship are priced on request through a consultation. The business partners with assisted living communities, senior centers, medical offices and home health agencies, and offers group discounts to facility partners.

The salon does not offer medical services. Each appointment opens with a foot examination. Liners are single-use, and emery boards, buffing pads, cuticle sticks and gloves are discarded after every client, in front of that client. Metal implements go through cleaning and disinfection, followed by sterilization in an autoclave.
