Most fills require at least 40 percent of lashes to remain since the last visit, and classic and hybrid fills are billed as a full set if fewer remain. Mini fills need 70 to 80 percent retention and a visit within the past week. Color is an optional add-on for most extension and fill styles.

Brow services include henna brow tinting and brow lamination, which smooths and lifts the brow hairs and can be combined with tinting. Eyebrow waxing begins with a discussion of brow shape, thickness and arch. The permanent makeup menu covers microblading, which places semi-permanent pigment with a handheld tool of tiny needles, a powder-style permanent eyebrow ombre, liner, lip color and touch-ups; lip color results vary by skin and pigmentation.

Facials range from a 40-minute express version to an 80-minute customized facial that covers cleansing, steam, exfoliation, extractions, a mask, moisturizer, toning and a light massage, with high frequency available as an add-on. Tooth gems use Swarovski crystals set with dental adhesive: one gem is $50, two are $80, and custom pricing applies for more gems or designs.

Deposits, products and services are nonrefundable. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are charged half the scheduled services, while cancellations within 5 hours, no-shows, or missed contact before the appointment are charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels or reschedules the appointment, and guests, including children, are not permitted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 1 to 7:30 PM, Tuesday 1 to 8 PM, Thursday 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and the studio is closed Wednesday and Sunday.

Consultations come before lash extensions and permanent makeup, covering expected results and aftercare, with a patch test for first-time lash clients or those with eye sensitivities.
