Lash work is the core of the menu. Custom sets are built around eye shape, lifestyle and the look a client wants, and come in several styles, including classic, wet set, soft hybrid, wispy, textured natural and light anime. Volume sets add density, depth and boldness. Fills maintain existing sets, and a foreign fill is available for extensions placed by another artist. A free patch test places natural-looking lashes on each eye so a client can watch for any reaction over 24 to 72 hours before committing to a full set.

Facials include a custom option with a double cleanse, extractions, steam, massage, mask, moisturizer, serum and SPF, plus one add-on chosen by the esthetician. A back facial adds high frequency and a hot stone massage. Brows can be waxed, tinted with a semi-permanent dye, or booked as a combined wax and tint. Waxing covers the lip, nose, underarms, arms and legs.

Visits are unhurried. Reviewers say McKenzie explains lash style options clearly, works quickly without losing quality, and lets clients settle in at their own pace. Lash appointments are set aside for about two hours, and clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to come without guests.

Booking comes with house policies. A non-refundable retainer applies to every appointment, and rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice avoids a fee. Same-day cancellations are charged the full amount due, and arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a $10 fee, while arriving 15 or more minutes late cancels the visit. A $25 squeeze-in fee applies, with an additional $25 after-hours fee for appointments at 4 PM or later. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The owner says she plans to expand the service list over time.
