Booking is by appointment only, and the studio does not take walk-ins. Appointments are made through the online booking site, and clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. The entrance is through the black gate to the left of the True 180 gym next door; the gate is open and can be pulled toward you. Street parking on Thomas Jefferson St is limited, so allowing extra time to park is advised.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the reserved services, and no-shows are charged in full. Rescheduling cancels the original booking, and cancellation fees still apply. Clients booking waxing are asked to stop retinoid and retinol products at least one week beforehand. Keratin lash lift clients should arrive with bare lashes and keep water away from the eyes for 48 hours afterward.

Services include brow lamination with or without shaping, a keratin lash lift that typically lasts eight to ten weeks, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, soft strip waxing, and full face waxing.
