Lash extensions are offered in classic and flat, hybrid, and volume styles. Classic and flat sets come in full sets, natural house sets and outside fills for lashes done elsewhere. Hybrid sets combine volume fans with flat lashes, and volume sets use hand-made fans put together by a volume-trained lash artist. A half set, applied to about half of natural lashes, is available for a more natural look with 50 to 60 percent coverage. Fills are priced by week, and touch-ups are recommended every two to three weeks. Lash lifts include a keratin lift that curls natural lashes from the root without extensions, and a Korean lift that uses cysteamine-based solutions and flat shields. Both can be combined with a tint, and the studio says lash lifts and perms are performed by trained professionals.

Brow services cover threading, tweezing, waxing, tinting, henna and brow lamination, and several of these can be combined into one appointment. Brow mapping is included at every visit so the shape suits the client's bone structure. The studio says brow tinting lasts three to four weeks, henna up to six weeks, and lamination results up to one to two months, and it suggests shaping brows every three to four weeks. For clients with highly sensitive skin, a patch test is recommended 24 hours before a brow tint.

Hair removal is done by threading, which uses a coil of thread to lift hair from the root with no chemicals, and by warm waxing. Options range from single areas such as upper lip, chin, sideburns, nose and underarms to a full face service covering brow, full lip, chin and sideburns. Hair tinsel is a separate offering: fine shimmering strands tied to natural hair without glue or chemicals. The studio describes them as heat resistant and lists colors from natural gold and silver to pink, blue and rainbow. It says they last three to six weeks with proper care. A kids party package is offered for groups of four or more at $80 per person.

A complimentary consultation is offered to talk through goals and recommend treatments. First-time visitors are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Lash extension clients are asked to come with clean lashes and no mascara or makeup, and to avoid mascara and getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 7pm, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm, and the studio is closed Tuesdays. Lash certification courses include a two-day Classic course for beginners at $1200 and a two-day Volume Masterclass for experienced artists at $1500. Products are also sold online, with shipping calculated at checkout.

Consultations are complimentary and focused on the client's goals, and brow mapping is measured at every visit to suit each client's bone structure.
