Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are preferred. When booking, clients are asked to share their hair length, texture and density. New color clients are asked to provide a two-year color history, photos of their current hair and inspiration pictures, and the booking is completed after the salon reviews them. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon and may be offered a complimentary touch-up, though the guarantee can vary by service.

Stylists work only inside the salon and do not travel to clients. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule. Reminder calls and texts go out to all clients. Gratuity is not included and is left to the client. Major credit cards, personal checks and cash are accepted. Free street parking is available nearby, though some curb lanes are HOV lanes on weekdays from 4 pm to 6 pm.
