Hours run Monday from 11am to 7pm, Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30am to 7pm, and Friday from 10:30am to 5pm, with the studio closed on Sundays.

The facial menu starts with a skincare consultation, which includes a skin analysis, a suggested treatment plan and home care to start before the first treatment. Enzyme Therapy Pulsating Facial requires prescribed home care beforehand. Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, is a 90-minute session that includes post-care products and uses AnteAGE products with growth factors and cytokines. New clients considering microneedling start with a consultation. Facials are usually recommended every three to six weeks.

Waxing uses a custom blended hard wax for the services offered, with strip wax and hard wax for more sensitive areas. Hot towels are provided with body waxing. Body waxing is recommended about every four weeks and facial waxing about every three weeks. The menu leans toward Brazilian services, with a maintenance option for returning clients who come in every four to six weeks. Leg and arm waxing are no longer offered.

Permanent hair removal by electrolysis is available to clients of every skin type, hair type, skin tone and hair color, with a plan built around each person. Electrologists choose between galvanic, thermolysis and blend techniques for each treatment. The studio favors the blend technique and also offers flash thermolysis. Sessions are priced by length, from 15 to 60 minutes. A first electrolysis visit is a consultation that includes a brief sample treatment. According to the studio, electrolysis is the single hair removal approach the FDA has approved for permanent hair removal. Broken capillaries, skin tags and other skin concerns are booked by emailing a photo of the area beforehand. New clients put down a 50% deposit toward their first appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Treatments begin with skin analysis and home care guidance, with electrolysis plans customized to each client and the blend method as the preferred electrolysis approach.
