The spa describes itself as a Certified Organic Spa and states it has more than 15 years of clinical skincare experience.

Facials and skincare use organic ingredients and botanical formulas, according to the spa, which says its ingredient claims are 100% organic. Some of its organic products use ingredients grown in the private courtyard garden. Its curated retail range comes from local, women-owned beauty and wellness businesses.

Facials run from a 30-minute refresh to a 90-minute customized facial. Microcurrent facials use low-level electrical current on the face and neck over 60 to 90 minutes and are not recommended for people who are pregnant or have a pacemaker. Extractions are followed by high frequency. The Sensitive Skin & Redness Relief Facial uses aloe vera, green tea, chamomile and hyaluronic acid and avoids steam. The spa suggests using the infrared sauna before a facial.

Sugaring paste is made from organic sugar, fresh lemon juice and purified water, with no artificial fragrances or chemical preservatives. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long; staff trim longer hair before application. Most clients have smooth skin for three to six weeks. The spa recommends avoiding heat, saunas, gym sessions and sun for 24 hours afterward, and waiting 48 hours before exfoliating.

Appointments can be booked online, and same-day or last-minute bookings are accepted when available. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice; anything later incurs a fee of 25% of the service cost. Street parking is available on 45th Street before 4 pm, with more on 46th Street and Interlake.

Works with the skin's natural biology rather than peeling, puncturing or inflaming it, and links skin health to the state of the nervous system. Follows a no-greenwashing standard for its products and ingredients.

The spa describes itself as chemical fragrance-free, with a private courtyard garden visible from the treatment rooms.
