Every service starts with a conversation about the client's skin. The signature facial is built around each person's needs and includes light exfoliation and touch therapy. A shorter express version is available, and the deluxe version can include up to two add-ons, such as LED light therapy, a specialty mask, or an enhanced resurfacing treatment.

Facial menu options extend to dermaplaning, which uses a blade to lift away the outer layer of dead skin and fine vellus hair. Clients are asked to stop retinoids and chemical exfoliants five days beforehand, avoid injectables or laser treatments for two weeks before, and afterward skip face makeup for a day and steer clear of hot yoga, saunas and steam rooms. Chemical peels address uneven tone, acne, texture and fine lines, with options for minimal downtime. Collagen induction therapy, a microneedling treatment, is also offered.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow tint, sugaring, tweezing and shaping, a brow and upper lip combo, and eyebrow lamination, along with lash tint and lash lift. A Brazilian maintenance rate applies when a Brazilian sugaring was done at the spa within six weeks.

Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Pricing is inclusive of gratuity, so there is no tipping option at checkout. Gift certificates are sold online and physical gift cards are sold in the studio.

Customization is central: the spa listens to clients first and builds each treatment around their skin needs.
