Hair removal is done by sugaring or hard wax. Sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon juice and water, applied at room temperature or slightly warm, and a fresh batch is made for every client. Hard wax is kept for small areas such as the bikini area and hard-to-reach spots, while sugaring is recommended for larger areas like legs and back. The hard wax is described as free of colophony and vegan friendly. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice for either method to work well. Clients whose hair is too short are asked to call at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule.

The facial menu centers on several HydraFacial tiers, from the Standard to the Ultimate, with the Deluxe including LED light therapy and the Ultimate including booster serums and an optional lymphatic massage. A Custom Facial combines HydraFacial, JetPeel, microcurrent, high frequency and LED as needed. JetPeel uses jet technology with oxygen, water and skin nutrients and suits all skin types. Microcurrent is a non-invasive treatment using low-level electrical current, and clients can ask about buying a home tool. Skin Classic is a non-invasive laser-style treatment using targeted heat, performed only by a master esthetician.

Before a visit, clients are asked to avoid working out, swimming, saunas and hot tubs for 24 to 48 hours before hair removal, and to skip products on the treated area that day. Clients using certain prescription medications that affect the skin, such as retinoids and some antibiotics, may not be able to receive some services, and the business recommends waiting at least six months after stopping certain skin-affecting medications before hair removal or certain facials. Spray tans should not be booked on the same day as hair removal for the same area, and hair removal should be done at least a full day before a spray tan on that area.
