Owner Samantha Lewis is a licensed esthetician who was licensed in 2023. Before moving into skin care she worked as a surgical assistant in fertility medicine. Her specialties are corrective facials, waxing and lash lifts, and the studio is built around those three areas.

The signature service is the Opulent 60 Minute Custom Facial. Each facial starts with a skin analysis, followed by a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions where the skin needs them, a mask, massage, and a take-home routine. Clients complete a short questionnaire beforehand, which is reviewed together at the appointment. Depending on the skin, the facial may include Celluma LED light or a Lira Clinical chemical peel. Dermaplaning can be added to any custom facial.

For ongoing care, the studio suggests a facial every two to four weeks to begin with when working on an active concern, then every six to eight weeks or quarterly for maintenance. The studio says it offers no upsells and does not use fear-based selling; each facial is shaped around what the skin needs that day.

Waxing is based on anatomy rather than gender expression, so clients with the listed body part can book any waxing service on the menu. The studio describes its services as gender-affirming and queer-friendly. Brow and lash services can be combined in one appointment.

Each facial is built around a skin analysis done at the appointment, with products, exfoliation and extractions chosen for that day's skin rather than a fixed routine.
