The menu is organized by service type. Haircuts run from a barber-style fade and a beard trim to a solo cut, a cut for new clients and a discounted cut for guests aged 70 and up. Color options range from root touch-ups and a lived-in color service to bleach and toning, lightening and color correction. Highlights include balayage and foil sessions in full, partial and mini sizes.

Visits are personal. Clients can choose the music or podcast they want playing during their appointment, or ask for quiet. The studio also carries retail hair care products that it says it has chosen carefully and uses in its services.

The studio sets clear booking rules. A card must be kept on file, changes made within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 50 percent fee, and no-shows are charged 75 percent of the service. Clients have a 15-minute arrival window, and complimentary adjustments can be requested within 72 hours of a visit.
