Bridal work is a large part of the business. Hair and makeup can be done on site at the wedding location for a bridal party, and the team travels domestically and internationally. Bridal hair and makeup previews take place at the House of Beauty or at the client's home for an added travel fee. Two packages are offered: an Elopement Package for the couple, which includes wedding day hair and makeup, previews and grooming for the groom, and a Love is Love package for same-sex couples with bridal-style hair and makeup for two main attendees. Destination weddings are quoted after consultation. Planning starts with an inquiry form and a virtual consultation with a beauty coordinator. A customized proposal follows, then a digital contract and a non-refundable retainer that secures the date. Wedding details are finalized about two months ahead, including a day-of beauty timeline.

In the studio, the color and extension side of the business is central. The salon is an exclusive ENVIE Extensions salon and offers hand-tied installations and refits, micro K tip installations and V Light hairline work, with extension hair stocked in 20 and 24 inch lengths in 16 colors. Blonding ranges from root touch-ups and wet balayage to dimensional and full blonding, babylight and Airtouch, and bleach and tone. Brunette services include dimensional brunette color and all-over color. Keratin treatments are offered in an express and a full version. A free 30-minute color consultation covers goals and pricing, and extension consultations work the same way, with the fee applied to a booking. The site describes the studio as a laid-back luxury space, and visits include a complimentary glass of wine.

The business also runs education and a professional space for other artists.
