Each client starts with a consultation, either in person or virtually, and leaves with a plan shaped around their skin and daily life rather than a standard menu of treatments. Virtual consultations are open to clients across the United States, with products shipped or available for local curbside pickup.

Acne is a central area of care here. The Acne Bootcamp is a tailored program for teenagers and adults dealing with acne. It runs six to twelve months, with appointments every two to four weeks. Each one starts with an extended consultation and an assessment of the skin and daily habits, followed by a homecare and treatment plan built for the individual. Which treatments are used depends on the client and can include peels aimed at breakouts, HydraFacial sessions targeting acne, LED light therapy, high-frequency treatment, and work to restore the skin's barrier. Acne is approached as an ongoing condition rather than a one-time fix, with support available between visits. The program can also be adapted for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, using suitable alternatives.

Beyond acne, the menu covers HydraFacial treatments in several levels, from a Deluxe and Platinum version to back, booty and men's options. There are also facials, a Skinbetter peel and Perfect Derma peel, microneedling with a ProCell option, Keratin lash lifts and tints, express dermaplaning and skincare consultations. Bridal skin prep is a customized plan that may combine HydraFacials, peels or microneedling, usually started six to twelve months before a wedding, with the final HydraFacial scheduled a few days before the date. Hair styling and makeup for non-bridal events are also available.

Treatment plans are built after a consultation, choosing the right peel or treatment for each client's concerns and avoiding long product lists or passing trends.
