Booking runs through an online GlossGenius page, and new appointment times open on the 10th of each month at 12 noon. A non-refundable deposit is paid when you book, and most services ask for a deposit between $25 and $50. Add-ons have to be chosen at booking, since they can't be changed at the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and one reschedule is allowed before a booking is cancelled. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period before the appointment is cancelled.

Clients are asked to arrive with hair already washed, blow dried and detangled, and free of oils. Basic hair colors are provided for braid services. Zelle, Cash App, Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and some of these may carry a fee. The studio is closed Mondays and Tuesdays; hours are 10 AM to 8:30 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, 9 AM to 4 PM on Friday, 9 AM to 7:30 PM on Saturday and 8 AM to 3 PM on Sunday.

Appointments are booked ahead online, and clients are asked to arrive with clean, detangled hair. Add-ons and any changes are settled at the time of booking.
