New clients, and clients who have not visited in over a year, start with a First Appointment of 30 minutes or more. It includes a shampoo, blow-dry, styling tips, and a hair and scalp analysis, and no other styling that day. Blow-outs on curly hair are booked as a silk press instead of a standard blow-dry.

Appointments are booked through the salon's online booking page. Same-day cancellations are charged a full-price fee, and cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval obtained before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 1 PM to 10 PM, Saturday from 12 PM to 9:30 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 9:30 PM, and is closed Monday and Tuesday. Prices for several services start at a stated amount and are finalized by consultation or depend on length, density, and technique.
