Hair services cover color work such as balayage, highlights, ombré, all over color and gray-coverage touch-ups, along with silk and soft presses, twists, locs, braids, sew-ins, quickweaves and tape-in extensions. Treatments include a protein treatment for breakage, a steam hydration treatment, a scalp detox and a TLC bundle that combines protein and steam. Several packages bundle a consultation, cleansing, treatments and a style into one booking.

New clients are asked to book a color consultation at least three days before receiving color. A consultation is also required before Color Retouch, All Over Color, Custom Color and Special Occasion Styles. Most services take a deposit between five and 125 dollars. Late cancellations, meaning less than 24 hours notice, are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows are charged the full service and must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Refunds are not given after a 48-hour window following an appointment.

Four membership plans are offered: Nova Glow at 175 dollars a month, Nova Balance at 250 dollars a month, Nova Crown Care at 425 dollars a month, and an annual Nova Elite membership at 1,500 dollars per year. Benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout when a member books services on the services page. Gift cards come in 50, 75, 100 and 200 dollar amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Buy Now Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Wednesday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 4 PM, Friday from 2 PM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday.
