The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Cuts and color sit alongside relaxers, silk presses, and treatments for natural and relaxed hair. The salon also does braiding (cornrows, feed-in braids and braid-downs), sew-ins, lace closure and lace front wig installs, crochet installs, custom wigs, and wig maintenance. Starter locs and loc maintenance are offered, and there is a small wax menu for lip, brow and chin.
Some services are priced to the job. Silk presses, updos, relaxers, sew-ins and sew-in bobs vary with hair length, density or the style chosen. Intricate braid designs, starter locs and custom wardrobe styling require a consultation first. Custom wigs come with a non-refundable deposit, and the hair itself is sold separately.
The salon also sells Crown Glow hair products and Yes Ma'am Glam clothing and accessories through its online store. Online orders placed after 3 p.m. ship the next business day, and orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Shipping is calculated by package weight and destination, and international buyers pay any customs duties, taxes or fees.
Pricing is set per service and, where hair length, density or the desired style affects the work, the price reflects that. Consultations come before custom work such as intricate braids, starter locs, custom wardrobe styling and custom wigs.
