The spa was created by Leslie, who moved from massage therapy into facial aesthetics, and that path led to the spa itself. It was built with self-care and self-expression in mind.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin type, condition and concerns and generally run 45 to 50 minutes. The menu ranges from a 30-minute mini facial called Girl on the Go-Go to the Satisfaction Signature Facial, which includes skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions and a customized hydro-jelly mask. Other options include the Hydrating Facial with a Sorella Apothecary mask, enzyme exfoliation and LED treatment; the Lift and Sculpt Crystal Facial using gua-sha, jade rollers and facial massage, which is not recommended for active acne; the 75-minute Healthy Aging Micro-Current Facial Treatment; and the Mama To-Be facial for pregnant clients. An exfoliation facial and a customized chemical peel facial, which causes visible peeling, are offered to established clients. Hydra-facials come in a Signature version of about 30 minutes and a Deluxe version that adds a customized booster serum, face-lifting massage and LED light therapy.

Massage is offered as full-body sessions of 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Brow and lash services include tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and combined packages, and waxing covers the face, brows, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, chest and back.

First-time facial clients are asked to book a consultation, and intake forms must be completed before the first appointment. Bookings can be made through the Book Now link or at booksatisfaction.square.site. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 30% of the booked service, and no-call no-shows are charged 50%, a fee that cannot be applied to future services. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Charges go to the card on file, and a client with a declined card cannot rebook until the fee is paid. Facials should be booked at least two weeks after botox or filler.

Retail products can be browsed in store on Saturdays and purchased at the end of any appointment. Existing clients schedule a product pick-up, and new clients book a consultation to choose products. Virtual consultations are held by FaceTime, or by Zoom for clients without an iPhone, and are available only to clients in the U.S. Bundles expire one calendar year from the purchase date. The shop also sells gift certificates, crystals, tarot cards, stickers, and curated vintage clothing and antiques, with new finds added weekly.

The spa aims to make skincare and self-care approachable, with facials built around each client's skin and concerns.
