Owner Tiffany opened the studio in 2012 with the aim of making good skin accessible to as many people as possible and giving Austin a friendlier, more relaxed option for waxing and skin care. The studio describes itself as a neighborhood shop that aims to meet all of a client's skin care needs, with trained estheticians working in a calm, relaxed and fun setting.

Visits are by appointment only, Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 4pm. There is no receptionist. Clients wait in their car until their esthetician texts them, and the door stays locked during business hours. Intake forms are emailed ahead and are best finished before the visit. Guests are asked to stay home, and children are discouraged from attending. Cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Tap to Pay are accepted; checks are not. A booking app lets clients change appointments, see specials and browse a gallery of the studio's work.

Waxing uses Italian Flora Soft Wax across body and face services, from single areas such as hands or lip to full legs and full face. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, so clients are asked not to trim or shave beforehand. Facials are customized to each client's skin, using professional-grade products the studio says help address acne, aging, pigmentation and other concerns. Signature options include the Hey Gorgeous Signature Facial, the Signature Glass-Skin Facial that begins with dermaplaning and microchanneling, and a men's facial designed for men's skin. Brow lamination and lash lifts use Thuya products. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent service that realigns and shapes brow hair, and lash lifts are offered in traditional and Korean styles and typically last four to eight weeks.

Chemical peels range from fruit-based enzyme peels to advanced acid peels and a TCA peel series. Some stronger peels are reserved for returning clients who have consulted with their esthetician. Peels are usually recommended in cooler months or when a client can avoid direct sun for at least two weeks afterward.
