Brow appointments usually begin with a consultation covering shape, hair growth, facial features and goals. For a new shape, brows may be outlined or mapped first so clients can see the intended direction before final shaping. Over-tweezed or uneven brows can be improved over several visits, with some hairs left to grow between appointments. Threading uses cotton thread to lift hair from the root rather than hot wax, and many clients return every two to four weeks.

Permanent brow work includes microblading, microblading with shading, ombre or powder brows, and touch-up visits. Microblading uses sterile, single-use blades and comes with an aftercare kit and printed instructions. Anyone with previous microblading or an eyebrow tattoo needs a consultation before booking a new brow treatment. Virtual and in-person consultations are available, and the in-person version includes threading and shaping.

Facials are customized to each client's skin condition and goals, and a treatment can be adjusted or replaced after the skin assessment if another approach suits better. Microneedling is offered as a single session or a series of three, generally about four weeks apart. Appointments include the face and neck, topical numbing and a hyaluronic-acid mask.

Booking notes: a $100 deposit is required for microblading and microneedling and a $5 to $10 deposit for threading. Changes made one week ahead receive a full deposit refund minus a 10% processing fee, and the studio states it has a no-refund policy on all services. Friends booking together must book separately, and children and pets are not allowed in the studio. The studio also teaches online Bold Brow microblading courses, a two-day live microblading workshop and a threading masterclass for beauty professionals.

Brow work starts with an assessment of each client's features and goals, and facials are adjusted to the skin in front of the practitioner.

The studio aims for a friendly, inviting feel.
