Guests who are unsure which stylist to book can take a matchmaking quiz, which pairs them with a stylist based on their goals, preferences, style and personality. Stylists receive personal training before they are given a chair on the salon floor and attend advanced classes throughout the year to keep up with techniques. The salon uses professionally formulated product lines from industry partners, and it says it has studied color and cutting extensively as an art form.

Skin care starts with an in-depth skin analysis aimed at concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation and dry skin. Options range from a 30-minute express facial to a European deep pore cleansing facial, along with microdermabrasion, designer peels from the I PEEL collection and an oxygen-based facial.
