Bookings are held with a Zelle deposit sent to the salon's email, with the client's name and the service date and time in the memo. Clients must arrive with their hair detangled. If hair is tangled, the appointment is rescheduled and the deposit is lost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late also forfeits the deposit, and a new one is needed to rebook. A $20 same-day fee applies to same-day changes, and refunds are not offered. The phone line also takes text messages for same-day fees and booking questions.

Silk press is a major part of the menu. First-time clients pay $120, which includes a trim, and a trim or conditioner can be added for $20 each. Returning clients pay between $100 and $140 depending on trim and deep conditioning, and a separate returner silk press at $100 covers shampoo, conditioning, deep conditioning, press and style. Returning silk press clients may reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment and have 30 days to use the deposit for the same service.

Color services run from $120 to $190 and include color with blow dry, color with trim and deep conditioning, and color trim with no style. Color is not lightening hair at this time. Shade requests must be messaged to the stylist at least 72 hours ahead, and each extra tube of color is $25 when needed.

Hair needs to be washed and blow dried or detangled before the visit, depending on the service. Extension removal is charged at $50 per hour and may begin a minute after the hour.
