Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, color, extensions, keratin and smoothing treatments, relaxers and locs, and bridal. Color work includes balayage, dimensional foils, partial and full highlights, glosses and toners, root touch-ups and color correction. Extensions are offered in NBR, traditional sew-in, tape-in, K-tip and clip-in methods, with the method and pricing set at a consultation based on the type of hair, how much is needed and the length goal. Silk presses are done on natural hair without chemicals, and the salon also offers in-home services, bridal styling and wedding parties on request.

Visits are booked online through the salon's calendar or by calling or texting. The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 2:30pm to 6pm. A free color consultation of up to 15 minutes comes before any color service, and same-day cancellations are charged $50.

Each visit moves through a consultation, the service in a private studio, and a styled finish with a short lesson on recreating the look at home.
