Extensions are offered through four methods: Great Lengths Keratin Bond, Hairdreams Strands, tape-in extensions and the Connected Method for sew-in extensions. Bonded Great Lengths extensions are said to last about three to six months and are not reusable, and the bonds can be cut into halves, thirds or fourths and placed close to the hairline. Hairdreams Strands are used to add volume to fine lengths and ends for roughly four to six months. Tape-ins are reusable and are redone about every eight to ten weeks, while sew-ins last about four to six weeks before removal and reapplication. Consultations are free and take about an hour to settle on a method and receive a price quote. Sew-in pricing depends on natural hair length, the length wanted, head size and extension type, and tape-in clients are asked to keep their hair dry for 48 hours after installation.

For hair loss, a free non-surgical consultation covers UltraStrands and LaserCap, a laser built into a baseball cap that is intended to help natural hair regrow over time. The business says it offers a private salon environment for these consultations.

Other services include the Keratin Express 'Extra' salon smoothing treatment, which can take as little as 35 minutes depending on average hair, length and density, and Daily Keratin, a light, non-greasy smoothing treatment for home use.
