The founders set out to offer high-quality spa services at prices that would let people visit often rather than once a year. Staff tailor each visit to the client's preferences. The business describes its care as clinical-grade expertise in a calm, spa-first setting and says its hygiene and sanitation standards are unparalleled. The spa has no locker rooms and no showers.
