Visits take place in a private suite in Jupiter with a coastal feel and a calm, unhurried pace. Services are one-on-one and customized: the stylist first learns about a client's lifestyle, hair and scalp goals, and the first appointment opens with a conversation about those goals, which clients may keep as brief or as personal as they like. New clients receive a confirmation text and email with a map link and the suite number, and the door carries directions for finding the entrance.

The head spa menu runs from a short high frequency scalp add-on to longer rituals. Treatments include an age-defying scalp treatment, an Ayurveda scalp treatment using oils and herbs, and a botanical scalp treatment with a warm water halo bed, flower-infused steam and a mask. Shorter options cover scalp cleansing and hydration, and a longer ritual combines warm water immersion, scalp therapy and sound. Chakra energy healing is a two-hour noninvasive session with tuning forks, sound bowls and essential oils. Organic sheet masks for the face and hands can be added to scalp visits.

The salon side covers color and styling: lived-in balayage and blonding, face-framing color, brow tinting and waxing, gray blending for men, makeup application, women's haircuts, blowouts and glosses. Organic smoothing for frizz requires a consultation first, and a consultation is also recommended before blonding, balayage or other color changes.

Every service is built around the client, with customized one-on-one attention and only organic, non-toxic products used in the salon and head spa.
