Hair services cover haircuts for children (ages 10 and under), men and women, along with color, cut and color, and color correction, which corrects unwanted hair color and is priced by the hour with a $50 deposit applied to the final total. Styling options include shampoo services such as braids, flat iron styling or loose curls, basic styles, and formal styling for prom, homecoming, weddings and other special events. Formal styling done at a location outside the salon carries an additional fee. Hair add-ons include a added style or a beard trim, and a beard or bang trim is also available.

Nail services include basic manicures, which cover trimming and shaping, cuticle cleanup and a choice of regular polish, gel, dip or a full-coverage tip set, and classic manicures, which add a hand and arm massage. Pedicures come in express, classic with regular polish, or spa versions with foot and leg exfoliation and massage. Nail art is priced per stamp, with basic designs for simple work on fewer than half the nails and advanced designs for intricate or all-nail work. Gel, dip and tip removal is available for product applied by another person, and buff and polish, nail trims and gel add-ons are also offered.

Brow color and brow, lip, chin and combo waxing round out the menu. The salon offers house calls. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed Friday through Sunday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a charge of 50% of the expected cost, same-day cancellations incur 75%, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Arriving more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time counts as a no-show.
