Color is a major focus, from Shadow Root blending and glazes to foil and balayage highlights, vivid color and grey blending. Clients can start with a free 15-minute virtual color consultation. Extension work begins with a consultation where the extensions are ordered for the client and the color is matched, followed by hand-tied or hand-placed K-tip installs, reinstalls, and a 30-minute mini move-up about four to six weeks after installation.

Cuts range from a quick clipper cut to haircuts with blowdries. Treatments include the Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Complex Express smoothing services for frizz, the KeraTriplex protein treatment for strength and shine, and a short tea tree scalp treatment.

Cancellations, changes or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge, and missed appointments without that notice incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be declined service, with emergencies assessed individually.
