The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Clients can book online through Vagaro, including from a mobile device, or split a purchase into four equal payments over six weeks through Vagaro Pay Later with no finance charges. Prices are estimates, and longer or thicker hair may cost more; combined services are priced together, so the total varies. The salon suggests rebooking haircuts every 6 to 8 weeks, root color every 4 to 6 weeks, and foil or balayage every 8 to 12 weeks.

Hair extension clients start with a free consultation covering length, volume, color, pricing and payment options. Extension prices include the hair, installation and blending, and each client receives a take-home care guide. The hair can be reused for up to a year when the maintenance program is followed. Extension appointments require a prior consultation and a non-refundable 50% deposit. For clients with excessively thin or fine hair, the salon offers hairtalk hairwear, a semi-permanent partial-head enhancement made with 100% Remy human hair; the salon says it is master certified in hairtalk extensions.

Scalp care begins with a free consultation, where a scalp analysis can show whether intensive treatments would help. Treatments use a microstimulating Hair Bath and a densifying oil, or a vivifying oil for sensitive scalps. A six-week package includes take-home products. The salon says its scalp products are cruelty free, vegan and free of synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates, PEGs, petroleum, phthalates and artificial colorants.

Applicants for stylist positions need a current Massachusetts cosmetology license and at least two years of experience on the floor, and can apply by email or through social media messages.
